ORDER DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

You can track your order by entering order number or click on 'View My Orders' to view the status of your order.

We offer free delivery.

The estimated delivery time is maximum of 8 days.

Your order is fully insured till it reaches you. Every product purchased will be boxed with tamper-proof packing and shipped with invoice and relevant certificates. The order will be shipped and delivered free via our logistics Partner.

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment provided by Reliance Jewels where you can pay in cash at the time of receiving product.

We do not charge any extra amount for COD(Cash on delivery) service.

Products price range upto Rs.10000 is eligible for COD.

At the time ordering you can check by entering pin code.

In case of COD, the amount can be refunded through online transfer by NEFT. For further details please email us at care.relaincejewels@ril.com

We will replace your product.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer 7 days return policy from the day it's delivered.

You should receive your refund within 14 working days, as product reaching time at our facility and inspection done then will process final refund.

You will not be charged on product return.

You need to call our customer care and request for return of order.
Once we receive request for return we will send you a tamper proof package. You need to pack the product with all original bill, tags & certificate. Once the shipment is ready please inform us then we will send courier person to collect the package.
Refund is subject only after quality check confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team.

JEWELLERY

Currently we don't accept the order for customized jewellery.

We offer complimentary ring resizing within 7 days from shipping date. Expect the resize turnaround time to take about 14 business days.

The charges for duplicate certificate is Rs. 500.

All diamond jewellery is IGI certified, gold & silver jewellery is hallmark certified.

ONLINE PURCHASE

You can place order on reliancejewels.com.

At present we don't offer option to accept order on phone.

Yes you can cancel your order if it's not shipped.

PAYMENTS

Payment mode will be net banking, credit card, debit card & COD (depending on serviceable pincodes).
