ORDER DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
1. Where can I check the status of my order?
You can track your order by entering order number or click on 'View My Orders' to view the status of your order.
2. How much is cost to have a product delivered to my home?
We offer free delivery.
3. What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is maximum of 8 days.
4. What is the shipping process of any product ordered?
Your order is fully insured till it reaches you. Every product purchased will be boxed with tamper-proof packing and shipped with invoice and relevant certificates. The order will be shipped and delivered free via our logistics Partner.

6. Is cash on delivery payment option available?
Currently we do not have option for payment as cash on delivery.
7. What if my order is lost in transit?
We will refund your payment in case of lost in transit.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. What is return policy period?
Please refer details at the link for return policy .
2. How long it will take for the refund?
You should receive your refund within 15 working days, as product reaching time at our facility and inspection done then will process final refund.
3. Is return shipping charged to us for sending product back to Reliance Jewels?
You will not be charged on product return.
4. How do I return the product to Reliance Jewels with in 3 days from delivery date?
You need to call our customer care or mail us at customerservice@ril.com for placing return request of order. Once we receive request for return we will send you instruction for packaging the product. You need to pack the product with all original bill, tags & certificate. Once the shipment is ready please inform us then we will send courier person to collect the package. Refund is subject only after quality check confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team.
JEWELLERY
1. Can I place order for custom design jewellery?
Currently we don't accept the order for customized jewellery.
2. Is resize option available?
We don't have option to resize the product.
3. Can I get duplicate diamond certificate if I lose original?
The charges for duplicate diamond cerificate is Rs. 500
4. The jewellery on Reliance Jewels is authentic and certified?
All diamond jewellery is IGI certified, gold & silver jewellery is hallmark certified.
ONLINE PURCHASE
1. If I want to cancel my order?
"Yes, you may cancel your order provided it has not yet been dispatched."

1. What are the payment modes available?
Payment mode will be net banking, credit card, debit card & COD (depending on serviceable pincodes).
